Organization Development Specialist
- Periodically update data Organizational Development (OD), such as job description, employee data and position, and organization structure.
- Manage data and monitoring the development of Young Leaders Development Program, including monitoring mentoring sessions.
- Running and monitoring employee movement in the company.
- Carry out the process of collecting employee performance appraisals.
- Run and maintain employee data administration processes in company system.
- Running the administrative process of employees resigning.
- Assist the C&B team in the administrative process of some employee benefits.
- Assist in developing and administering job slotting and workload analysis.
- Help develop and monitor the implementation of talent development, including monitoring career path and competency tracking.
Qualification :
- Master Degree of Psychology
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related position
- Good communication, attention to detail and strong analytical skill
- Able to work in a fast moving company culture
