• Periodically update data Organizational Development (OD), such as job description, employee data and position, and organization structure.
  • Manage data and monitoring the development of Young Leaders Development Program, including monitoring mentoring sessions.
  • Running and monitoring employee movement in the company.
  • Carry out the process of collecting employee performance appraisals.
  • Run and maintain employee data administration processes in company system.
  • Running the administrative process of employees resigning.
  • Assist the C&B team in the administrative process of some employee benefits.
  • Assist in developing and administering job slotting and workload analysis.
  • Help develop and monitor the implementation of talent development, including monitoring career path and competency tracking.

Qualification :

  • Master Degree of Psychology
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related position
  • Good communication, attention to detail and strong analytical skill
  • Able to work in a fast moving company culture
