• Develop a business growth strategy and translate it into an execution plan according to the business objectives of each Brand Partner.
  • Fostering good relationships with Brand Partners through understanding and long-term business planning.
  • Lead the business strategy planning process in the Partner Success team, as well as develop performance appraisals and sales targets for team members.
  • Coordinate with other department heads in the company to achieve the same goal.
  • Lead and guide the Partner Success team in carrying out their duties.
  • Understand and evaluate actual data related to the Brand Partner business to assist in problem solving and business expansion.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent from reputable University
  • At least having 8 years experience in the related position, preferably from Food and Beverage industry
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual
  • Good communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in fast moving environment company
