- Develop a business growth strategy and translate it into an execution plan according to the business objectives of each Brand Partner.
- Fostering good relationships with Brand Partners through understanding and long-term business planning.
- Lead the business strategy planning process in the Partner Success team, as well as develop performance appraisals and sales targets for team members.
- Coordinate with other department heads in the company to achieve the same goal.
- Lead and guide the Partner Success team in carrying out their duties.
- Understand and evaluate actual data related to the Brand Partner business to assist in problem solving and business expansion.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent from reputable University
- At least having 8 years experience in the related position, preferably from Food and Beverage industry
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual
- Good communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in fast moving environment company
